Return Policy
We at the Crown Spot know very well, that especially in the beginning, when you purchase your very first hair, you need some time to adjust.
That's why we give you up to 14 days for testing it out in your home environment.
Please contact us if you need some further advise or help with the hair.

If you are still not satisfied with it, you can send it back to us following these instructions:

- Email us during those 14 days to notify us that you wish to return the product. Please use only the Email and not our social media accounts for that
- Make sure the hair is not altered, which means do not wash it, style it, cut it, put any product in it or wear it outside. Please make sure your own bio-hair is washed and without any styling products in it as well, when you try out the topper or wig
- Place the hair in the original packaging and make sure that all clips are closed and the hair is brushed and placed in the hairnet
If you won't follow these instructions, your refund will be reduced by 50 EUR
- The package must be shipped insured, please send us the tracking number after the shipment
- The customer is responsible for the returning shipping costs
- We are not responsible for a lost package, if the customer did not ship with insurance
- After receiving the product, we make sure the hair is in its original condition and we will refund your money up to 10 days
